Each CD contains four progressive segments that are 15 minutes each. Re-arranged, specially engineered classical music comprise the listening content. The arrangements are treated with "filtering" and "gating" at gradually increasing levels through the course of the ten CD series. These techniques are the basis for the therapy process. The basic listening schedule calls for two 15-minute segments of headphone listening per day, 5 days a week, for a period of 10 weeks. It can be completed at home, at school, or in the office.
