Order By Phone
Order By Fax or Mail
Placing an Item in Your Cart
Once you have found an item that interests you, simply
click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. This button
can be found next to the picture of the item.
When you've finished shopping and you're ready to check out,
click the Shopping Cart icon (in the top right corner of
every page of our site).
This is the beginning of the ordering process.
Changing Item Quantities
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you
have placed in your Shopping Cart, simply change the
number in the quantity box. Then click the "update"
button at the bottom of your list of Shopping Cart items
to recalculate. Be sure to confirm any changes.
Deleting Items From Your Cart
If you want to delete an item in your Shopping Cart,
just click the "Delete" button to the far right of any
item in your Shopping Cart.
Difficulty with Ordering
There are number of different "browsers" that we all use to surf the
internet such as Netscape or Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, some browsers
(particularly older versions) may not operate well with web sites that have newer technology.
If you experience problems with our Shopping Cart, please use our
Order Form.
Buying Items via the Order Form
Most of our products are available for sale via our
Shopping Cart. There are a few exceptions to this where
you'll need to fill out our Order Form.
Order By Phone
You can order by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our staff is available to take your order
and answer questions Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time.
At all other times, you can leave your order on our automated ordering system at 800-957-5655.
Make sure to leave your email address with your order, so we can send an email order and shipment confirmation,
which details what has been shipped, amount billed, and shipment tracking details.
